Our client is a dynamic, multidisciplinary engineering, planning, and design consultancy that takes pride in fostering an employee-first culture. Their community-focused portfolio includes some of DC’s most prominent private and public development projects. • Collaborate with project team members to guide and shape the design and delivery of projects of various scales and types.
  • Assist with the preparation of design and construction drawings for both landscape and general site designs including layout, grading, and hardscape.
  • Work closely with senior team members to generate conceptual designs using a variety of hand-drawn and digital techniques.
  • Prepare digital graphics and renderings with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation software.
  • Provide graphic design, technical production, urban and landscape design, and site planning support for a variety of projects including but not limited to mixed-use residential development, streetscapes, parks, and other community facility design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 + year(s) of experience in the field of landscape architecture or relevant internship experience.
  • Landscape architectural degree.
  • AutoCAD / Adobe Creative Suite & design proficiency.
  • Experience with Sketchup, Revit, and other 3D modeling platforms.
  • Have a passion for collaboration throughout the design and execution of projects.
