What Youll Do as a Speech Therapist:

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide in-home speech therapy services and conduct therapy sessions with documented progress notes
• Recommend communication strategies and assistive technology to support patient needs
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language development and carryover strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams while maintaining ethical standards, best practices, and accurate documentation

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of Florida
• At least 1 year of experience in speech therapy
• At least 1 year of experience working in a Home Health environment
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Passionate, professional, and committed to excellent care
