What You’ll Do Work closely with the Head of Growth Product on research, ideation, planning, execution, deployment, and iteration. Collaborate with engineering and design on sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, resource allocation, and project management to execute the roadmap. Create and maintain the product backlog. Conduct research on marketing trends and competitors to promote software‑development services. Prioritize initiatives by business value and growth impact. What We’re Looking For 3‑5 years of Growth Product Management experience in a tech‑focused B2B environment. Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills to solve growth challenges. Proven track record of designing, optimizing, and scaling websites for improved conversion rates and engagement. Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data interpretation for continuous improvement. Degree in a quantitative or technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics).
