We're looking for a Project Manager (Web Development / Creative) to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. You'll be client-facing and act as the day-to-day liaison between our development team and our clients, ensuring website and creative projects stay on track and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for website builds and day-to-day site updates
• Ensure that weekly Quality Assurance (QA) on websites is completed and that any issues are addressed promptly
• Develop project timelines and define key milestones and steps, coordinating closely with developers to keep projects on track
• Oversee the website launch process from start to finish-coordinating final testing, optimization, and ensuring that every launch goes smoothly
• Maintain internal documentation on website ownership, hosting, and server maintenance
• Keep project management software (Asana) up to date with accurate statuses and priorities

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative, digital, or marketing agency environment
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Clear, professional communicator with experience managing client relationships and daily client coordination
• Familiarity with website development workflows, content management systems, and QA best practices
• Experience using Asana or similar project management software
• Experience with Figma and WordPress is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
