We are currently recruiting Virtual Assistants of all specialties to join our talent pool for ongoing placements. Product listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy
Inventory tracking
Customer order inquiries
Cold outreach via email or LinkedIn
Lead qualification & database management
CRM updates
Appointment setting
Email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
SEO optimization
Blog writing & content marketing
Google Ads & Facebook Ads support
Accounts payable/receivable tracking
Invoicing & payment follow-ups
Bank reconciliation
Use of tools like QuickBooks, Xero
Scheduling patient appointments
Insurance claims follow-up
Medical billing support
EMR data entry
High-speed, reliable internet connection
Quiet home-based work environment
Laptop or desktop with updated software
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous experience in a remote or office-based professional role is an advantage
