Talent Acquisition Coordinator Locations: Danbury, CT; Burr Ridge, IL; Houston, TX; Pittsburg, CA. Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team located in Danbury, CT; Burr Ridge, IL; Houston, TX; or Pittsburg, CA. This position will empower the LG&E talent acquisition team to meet high‑volume hiring needs and support end‑to‑end recruiting activities. The role requires a high level of diplomacy, confidentiality, discretion, and judgment. Responsibilities Responsible for the creation of requisitions and posting positions to job boards, social media and other sites. Troubleshoot issues with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for hiring managers, HR users and candidates. Assist Talent Acquisition team in preparing offer documents. Facilitate completion of pre‑employment processes for new hires and inter‑company transfers, communicating progress to hiring managers and candidates. Serve as key point of contact for candidates during the pre‑employment process. Collaborate with Legal, Medical, Driver Vehicle Services, and Human Resources on pre‑employment and onboarding processes. Work with external vendors to resolve issues and improve the pre‑employment process. Handle updates to ATS and recruitment spreadsheets. Assist with the coordination of campus recruiting efforts and hiring events at LG&E facilities. Partner with recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle to improve existing processes and develop creative ways to attract talent. Manage vendor relationships including invoice management and reconciliation. Process employee referral bonus payments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong preference for candidates having a Human Resources major and/or experience. Internship in HR and/or 1–2 years’ experience in an entry‑level HR role required. Technically proficient with MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Experience with an ATS preferred. Proven ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate customer service skills. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. Detail oriented with great accuracy, analytical, organized, and a self‑starter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with excellent rapport via telephone and email. Excellent team player who is also people oriented. Ability to work independently following initial direction.
