About the Position
\nAre you passionate about young students and interested in learning more and exploring a career in Montessori education? Our Toddler Summer Camp Counselor position is the perfect opportunity to guide students in meaningful work, while helping to provide a prepared environment that facilitates student-led learning and freedom with responsibility. Aspects of the role include:
\nModeling positive behaviors and kindness for children
\nSupporting group time and outdoor play
\nFacilitating smooth transitions throughout the day
\nPreparing engaging learning materials
\nHelping children with independence milestones
\nSupporting language development, social and emotional learning, and executive functioning skills
\nMaking the learning environment a lovely and inviting place to be

What We Offer

We are looking for someone who is naturally positive, a good communicator, and passionate about learning and child development. You must be:
\nAt least 18 years of age
\nMinimum high school diploma
\nMust successfully clear criminal background check
\nCompliance with all state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position
