Hiring: Senior UX Researcher
Hybrid | Dallas–Fort Worth (Tues–Thurs onsite)
We're partnering with a leader in the aviation space to bring on a Senior UX Researcher supporting complex, internal tools used by call center teams.
This role sits within a multidisciplinary Digital Customer Experience group, working closely with product, design, and engineering to influence decisions from early concept through implementation. It’s a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working on systems-level problems where research directly shapes product direction.
What makes this role interesting:
• Enterprise-scale, internal platforms supporting operational teams
• High visibility across product, design, and engineering
• Opportunity to influence both product decisions and broader research strategy
• Work tied to large initiatives, including a homepage redesign impacting internal workflows
What you’ll be doing:
• Developing and driving research strategies aligned to product goals and OKRs
• Leading end-to-end research (interviews, usability testing, heuristic reviews)
• Leveraging analytics (Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric) to support insights
• Partnering closely with Product Owners to influence decisions through research
• Translating findings into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders
• Operating within an agile, cross-functional environment
What they’re looking for:
• 5–7+ years of UX research experience in enterprise environments
• Strong mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience working on complex systems or internal tools
• Comfortable owning both research strategy and execution
• Bachelor’s required; Master’s or PhD preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
If you’ve worked on complex enterprise products and enjoy being embedded with product teams where research actually drives decisions, this is a strong one.
Compensation for this position will be determined based on several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role; market labor costs; the candidate’s skills, education, training, credentials, and experience; and other employment conditions. Full-time consultants are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions, along with any PTO, sick leave, or other benefits required by applicable state or local laws where you reside or work.
