Schedule: Full Time, 3X12 hours Night shift with rotating weekends

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Manage advanced neurological and hemodynamic monitoring systems (e.g., ICP/EVDs).
• Act as a critical thinker and first responder in high-acuity, rapidly changing patient situations.
• Collaborate with Trauma Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, and Intensivists to execute complex care plans.
• Deliver life-sustaining treatments, including mechanical ventilation, vasoactive infusions, and advanced surgical recovery.
• Provide empathetic family advocacy and education during critical, life-altering diagnoses.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• One year of critical care experience preferred
