Physical Therapist - On-Site | Forked River, NJ

Part-Time | 16 hours/week

Pay: $55-$60 per hour (~$48,000-$50,000 annualized)

Location: Forked River, NJ

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality rehabilitation care. This on-site role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve mobility and support recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on their needs.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments to aid recovery and improve mobility.
• Educate patients on home exercises and self-care techniques to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress throughout therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Proficiency in rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices.
• Familiarity with home care or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and care teams.
• CPR certification required; experience in chiropractic or wellness settings is a plus.
