• Perform high-quality nail services (manicures, structure gel, pedicures)
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards
• Deliver a professional client experience
• Stay on schedule
• Educate clients on proper nail care and services
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and fully prepped
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive salon environment
• Continue learning and improving advanced techniques

• Active PA Nail Technician or Cosmetology license
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Passion for high-quality, precise work
• Willingness to learn advanced techniques (Russian manicure, structure gel, etc.)
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, appointment-based environment
