TYG are partnering with a highly respected, design-forward landscape architecture practice seeking an experienced professional to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded project leader who thrives in both design excellence and project execution.

Salary: 100-130K

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized landscape architecture projects through all phases - from concept design through construction completion
• Under the direction of a Studio Director, manage and mentor associates and landscape designers to ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, and design intent
• Demonstrate strong ownership of project planning, coordination, and execution
• Experience with complex CD sets
• Prepare and present final design presentations to clients alongside Studio Directors and Partners
• Oversee consultant coordination, documentation, and construction administration
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience at the Associate level or within a comparable design-driven landscape architecture firm
• Well-versed in the core operational and design elements that contribute to a successful studio and project team
• Proven ability to lead projects independently while collaborating within a studio environment
• Exemplary time management, organization, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of the construction process and construction administration
• Progress toward professional licensure preferred
