Job Description

A global financial services organization is expanding its compliance team and is seeking a high‑ownership, polished KYC Compliance Analyst . This role supports a sophisticated aircraft‑leasing and investment model, working across complex multi‑entity structures and global transactions.

Why this role is unique:

• Leadership empowers employees — no micromanagement

• Hands‑on KYC (not a reviewer role)

• You’ll gather information, drive timelines, and manage direct outreach to global counterparties

• Opportunity to work on deal‑driven transactions where priorities shift quickly

• Collaborate with peers who come from top‑tier institutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Own inbound/outbound KYC requests for banks, lenders, investors, and vendors

• Prepare complete KYC packages and validate accuracy

• Navigate complex, multi‑entity organizational structures

• Gather information directly from stakeholders; follow up diplomatically and persistently

• Maintain UBO registers and support compliance testing, certifications, and audits

• Support time‑sensitive deal cycles — drop in when needed to keep transactions moving

• Collaborate with Compliance leadership on evolving regulatory needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Pre‑Law, or Business Administration

• 3–5 years of hands‑on KYC/AML experience including 2-3 years prior experience with AML monitoring and screening and demonstrated experience in KYC within the financial service industry.

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks within financial services

• Comfortable with shifting priorities and fast deal timelines

• Strong judgment, communication skills, and independence

• Must reside within 60 minutes of Dallas or San Francisco

If you thrive in a high‑trust, high‑ownership environment and enjoy meaningful KYC work that drives global deals forward, we’d love to talk.

If you’re looking for a role with scope, sophistication, and the ability to truly make an impact — this opportunity is worth exploring.
