Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients and their family members Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients Help Clients with all personal care needs Help keep Clients' environment clean and organized Remind Client to take self-administered medications Requirements CPR Certificate (preferred) Current Physical and Immunizations Driver's license Pass background check Team player with great communication skills Must be able to deal effectively with the demands of a home health aide position. Able to read, write, and carry out directions promptly and accurately. Prior experience is a HUGE plus!
