Heavy Rents & Used Analyst

As the Heavy Rents and Used Equipment Fleet Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the processes related to fleet acquisition, disposal, and reporting. This role involves assisting in the RPO process, overseeing and reviewing equipment inspections, and managing trade packages. You will work closely with vendors to negotiate equipment acquisitions and disposals for the rental fleet and used inventory. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with Cat Financial and the broker and reseller network to facilitate equipment acquisition and coordinate equipment needs. The role also includes managing trade values, overseeing used equipment inventory, and advising on rental fleet needs. Furthermore, the analyst will work with sales representatives to drive both in-territory and out-of-territory sales, ensuring that the fleet is optimized to meet market demands and customer needs.

To be successful in this position you should have a deep understanding of the commercial rental business as well as financial and operational metrics. Excellent customer service, organizational, and computer skills will be vital to this role. The ability to take direction and work in a team environment is essential to this position as well.

• High School Diploma or related equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of leadership and financial responsibility.
