Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic software developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and testing software solutions in a collaborative Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly gain subject matter expertise on new applications and work effectively with both the development team and business partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis.
• 8 years of Java application programming experience.
• Strong database skills, including experience with Oracle/SQL Server/Exadata.
• Experience in multiple database platforms: SQL Server, Oracle, Exadata, Big Data.
• Experience with ETL and performance tuning.
• Programming experience in Hadoop/Big Data Hadoop, Java scripting, Angular, React, NodeJS.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Performance tuning and database refactoring strategies.
• Excellent software design, build, test, and documentation skills.
• Proven track record in project delivery within an Agile environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of application solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a dynamic Agile environment.
• Lead the team through project delivery while maintaining excellent organization and team skills.
