Now Hiring: Forklift Shipper / Crater
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Shipper / Crater to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and can operate in a fast-paced shipping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Prepare, package, and crate products for domestic and international shipment
• Build custom crates using wood and packaging materials
• Read and interpret work orders, packing lists, and shipping instructions
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product integrity
• Use hand and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior forklift experience required
• Experience in shipping, crating, or packaging preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to travel locally as needed
