Experienced Children’s Fitness Instructors Wanted
My Treehouse Club is seeking experienced, confident, and passionate children’s fitness instructors to join our team in 2026.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for educators who are comfortable leading classes independently, managing groups of young children, and communicating confidently with families.
Who We Are
My Treehouse Club is a children’s learning academy serving infants through kindergarten-aged children. Our programs focus on movement-based learning, confidence building, kindness, and social development, all while keeping learning fun, structured, and engaging.
Position Focus
• Fitness classes, Birthday Parties, Events and Assisting Preschool or Art classes
• Ages infant through kindergarten
Fitness Teacher Role, Please Read Carefully
Don’t be fooled. This is not a traditional gym or workout-style fitness position.
This role combines entertainment and education . Our fitness classes include:
• Circle time with songs and movement
• Dance and musical activities
• Basic gymnastics skills, including safely assisting babies with forward rolls and handstands
• Puppet shows and imaginative play
• High-energy engagement that keeps children focused, happy, and learning
You must be comfortable being animated, expressive, and engaging , while also maintaining structure, safety, and classroom control. This position requires confidence, creativity, and the ability to connect with young children through movement, storytelling, and play.

Required Experience
Applicants should have:
✔ A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching infants through kindergarten-aged children
✔ Experience in a classroom, camp, or structured group setting
✔ Proven experience leading classes, not assistant roles only
✔ Experience managing basic classroom hours, routines, and group dynamics
Job Responsibilities
• Lead fitness-based classes for infants through big kids
• Learn and follow weekly programing as assigned
• Stick to My Treehouse Club scripts and dialogue to maintain brand consistency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized teaching environment
• Complete daily cleaning and closing tasks
• Assist with basic computer and administrative tasks
• Communicate professionally and confidently with parents and caregivers
• Support special events, birthday parties, and Parent’s Night Out programs as scheduled
Schedule & Commitment
✔ Part-time position only
✔ Minimum 15 hours per week , maximum 20 hours per week
✔ Must be available for at least one weekend shift
✔ Weekly staff training on Thursdays from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Certifications
✔ CPR Certification required, or willingness to obtain
✔ CPR bonus available
Compensation & Training
Paid 4-week training
$18/hour and up , based on experience, performance, and role expansion
Growth opportunities with increased pay after training
Bonuses available for events and additional responsibilities
Health insurance is not provided for this part-time position.
