Job Description

  • Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving our digital marketing efforts, enhancing our online presence, and achieving our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies, along with the ability to execute and optimize campaigns and online content effectively.
  • Overall, the Digital Marketing Specialist should have diverse skills and hands-on experience with SEO, social media, paid media (search marketing and social media marketing), content management, project management, and web analytics. The candidate must be self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills and enjoy working autonomously through team projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Content Management:
  • ssist with market research to understand audience needs and preferences.
  • Report on content goals, KPIs and other metrics to measure success.
  • Post high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce content that meets brand standards.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and suggest data-driven ideas for optimization.
  • Continuously update and refresh content to keep it relevant and engaging.
  • Utilize the corporate CMS to publish and update content on multiple websites, focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure grammatical accuracy, adherence to the organization's style guide, and a user-friendly information architecture.
  • Ensure positive user experience by selecting appropriate page layouts.
  • Ensure content accessibility for disabled users, following web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and quality across all content channels.
  • Review and approve content before publication to ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams, to align content with business objectives.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve content strategies and execution.
  • SEO and SEM:
  • ssist in the development and implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including optimizing copy, meta data, headings, images, alt text and keyword density.
  • ssist with paid media campaigns (PPC) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to target relevant search terms.
  • Ensure website architecture is optimized for search engine crawling and indexing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues that may impact SEO performance, such as broken links, duplicate content, and site speed.

  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • t least five years of hands-on digital marketing experience within an enterprise or marketing agency environment.
  • Proven experience in SEO, content marketing, and content management.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Products, including Analytics and Search Console.
  • Proficient with website content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, Umbraco, or Kentico.
