About the Role
The Company is in search of a dynamic individual to fill the dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's continued delivery of a strong value proposition, excellent programs, and services. This includes leading a talented staff, maintaining technical excellence, and identifying new opportunities to advance the industry. As COO, the focus will be on gaining a deep understanding of the current organizational structure and strategic initiatives, building relationships with key stakeholders, and seamlessly transitioning into the CEO role. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 10 years' in senior-level leadership. Familiarity with the asphalt or transportation industry is a plus.
