Candidates for the President/Chief Executive Officer position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, with a preference for a master’s degree and industry certification. A well-rounded track record in financial services, including leadership, management, lending, finance, investment, and retail operations, is essential. The role requires an exceptional understanding of credit, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be expected to engage the leadership team with a unified purpose, partner with the Board, and cultivate collaborative relationships to ensure the organization's operational success and future opportunities within the communities it serves.
