Job Description

We’re hiring canvassers/petitioners to collect signatures for real community initiatives across the Bay Area.

This is  fast-paced, people-facing work in high foot-traffic areas. You’ll be talking to the public and helping drive real change — from affordable housing to protecting public transportation.

No experience required — we train you.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with the public in busy outdoor locations
• Collect signatures for active campaigns
• Hit daily performance targets
• Work with a team and field coordinator

Day 1 Details

• Meet at Concord BART Station
• ⏰ 9:00 AM sharp
• Team lead will guide you

• Positive attitude + consistency

Compensation Structure

• Day 1: $20/hr (minimum 8 signatures/hour)
• After probation: $25/hr (10 signatures/hour)
• Top performers: $30+/hr + bonuses
