The company is currently seeking ​a Mechanic to become an integral part of our team! You will perform vehicle repairs. We're looking for someone with mechanic experience at another shop & we currently need an A & B tech. The job here has a hybrid FLAG RATE pay structure. That being said, if you can't get the job done within the book time or sooner then this is not the job for you. You do get a guaranteed 30 hrs of pay if the shop is slow. However, we haven't had a slow month in a very long time. Diagnostics that need longer than an hour do actually get billed to the client & paid to the techs. We also pad hours if need be for rusted axles & whatnot. We have free automotive training through ATI that you get paid to attend. We are a mechanic shop looking for someone highly motivated, humble, with a good work ethic and great at team work. Someone who is business-minded is preferred so that they can eventually be promoted to manager and/or service writer. We have built a great reputation with our client-base. We refer to them as clients instead of customers since we have established a relationship with them and have become their trusted mechanic shop. Integrity and customer service are key pillars to this company. Speed and quality are also very important. However, safety is our #1 priority. Apply today as we need to hire another mechanic ASAP! Responsibilities:

• Vehicle repairs
• Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
• Inspect and test vehicles for necessary adjustments
• Build and maintain positive relationships with multiple vendors
• Keeping your work area and the rest of shop clean. That means cleaning up after yourself, sweeping or mopping, and helping to hold others accountable if you see them leaving a mess with no intention of cleaning it up.
• Assist in whatever is needed at the shop

​ Qualifications:

• You must be able to complete the repairs using your own knowledge, AllData, ProDemand, and/or Identifix. You should need minimal intervention from other technicians or the service manager.
• Must have your own tools. Specialty tools will be provided by the shop. However, you must have your own sockets, pliers, impact wrenches, etc.
