Staff Physician – Anesthesiology
Location: Saginaw, Michigan
She Recruits is excited to present an excellent full-time opportunity for a skilled Anesthesiologist to join a leading healthcare team in Saginaw, MI. This role offers outstanding compensation, a collaborative work environment, and exposure to a wide range of cases across all age groups.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: Full-time with flexible shift options
Compensation Package:
Base Salary: $475,000
Metric Bonus: $25,000
Sign-On Bonus: $150,000
Paid Time Off: 12 weeks PTO
Practice Overview:
Team of 4 anesthesiologists and a robust team of in-house CRNAs (available 24/7)
Medical direction model, with an emphasis on moving toward medical supervision
Broad case mix including healthy pediatric cases (approximately 20% of the hospital's caseload)
Neonatal to adult patient care
In-house call rotation of 1:5
Supportive, collegial environment with a strong focus on teamwork and high-quality care
Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA or AOBA)
