Join a hospital expanding its anesthesia team due to increased patient demand and a growing surgical volume. Seeking a well-qualified anesthesiologist to complement an established team and help meet the community’s need for excellent anesthesia care—without sacrificing work-life balance.

Opportunity Highlights

• Busy but Balanced Practice: Approximately 2,700 childbirth deliveries annually (including C-sections) and 3,700+ surgical cases per year—enough variety to keep things interesting.
• Limited Call: Designed to support sustainability, not burnout.
• Team-Oriented Environment: Collaborate with 17 experienced CRNAs who know how to run a smooth OR.
• Guaranteed Base Salary: $490,360—clear, competitive, and dependable.
• Robust Benefits Package: Because peace of mind matters as much as precision.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $490K
• Paid Time Off: 30 days PTO, inclusive of CME—yes, that’s a full month.
• Sick Leave: 5 sick days
• Holidays: 7 paid holidays
• CME Allowance: $4,000 annually
