Our Client in South Haven, Michigan, is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in an office environment for a food manufacturing company.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Location: South Haven, Michigan

Pay Range: DOE

What’s the Job?

• Answering phones, directing calls and greeting visitors
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Collecting and distributing mail
• Performing data entry and closing jobs within the ERP system and maintaining all procedural manuals
• Maintaining all office and lunchroom supplies entailing inventory control, ordering, stocking and communicating with vendors. 
• Coordinate all activities with the cleaning service, yard service, snow removal, inspectors and office equipment vendors. 

What’s Needed?

• Previous admin assistant experience required
• Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency in mind
• Willingness to communicate across functional areas to communicate and problem solve when needed
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel with the ability to learn internal ERP system
• Positive attitude, great attendance, self-motivated and trustworthy to handle sensitive information
• Must have experience supporting a manufacturing environment
• Experience with maintaining SOP's and support manuals
