Job Description

Location: Sparta Township, New Jersey, United States Salary: $115,000.00 - 120,000.00 (US Dollar) About the job Accounts Receivable Manager Hybrid- 3 days onsite Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Oversee the collection process, including the development and implementation of collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts. Monitor customer accounts, analyze aging reports, and take appropriate action to resolve outstanding balances. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and recording of receivables, including adjustments and reconciliations. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues. Establish and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate payment processes and strengthen partnerships. Prepare and present accounts receivable reports to senior management, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable function. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards related to accounts receivable activities. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
