• Be reliable by maintaining consistent attendance and arriving on time, prepared to work.
• Pursue growth by asking questions, seeking feedback, and applying constructive criticism.

Teamwork & Preparedness

• Support camp operations by completing assigned duties and staying flexible to assist other teams as needed.
• Collaborate with co-counselors to share camper supervision, activity leadership, and group management.
• Lead daily camp activities through organized set-up, facilitation, and clean-up, showing readiness and adaptability.

Camper Engagement & Safety

• Have fun with campers while maintaining clear leadership and authority.
• Use Kidventure-approved positive behavior management tools.
• Create a fun, engaging, and supportive camp environment where kids can thrive.
• Maintain a safe and organized camp environment at all times.
